The White Paper and information presented on this Website is intended to present relevant information to potential Purchasers in connection with the proposed generation and sale of Tokens by Token Generator under the Token Sale (together, the Token Generation), including information about the Token Smart Contract and the Network developed/operated by the Token Generator. The White Paper, and all information contained on the Website about the Token Generation, are made available by the Token Generator for informational purposes only. The Tokens will be offered solely on the basis of the terms contained in the Final Token Sale Terms.

1.1 Purchaser Responsibility

It is each Purchaser’s responsibility to carefully review the whole of the White Paper and, once received, the Final Token Sale Terms (including any clauses related to the release and limitation of liability).

Purchasers should also consult with their legal, tax and financial advisors in relation to all matters pertaining to the Token Generation, including but not limited to:

  • The legal and regulatory requirements within their own countries for purchasing, holding and disposing of Tokens;
  • Any foreign exchange restrictions to which they may be subject in their own countries in relation to purchasing, holding or disposing of Tokens;
  • The legal, tax, financial and other consequences of subscribing for, purchasing, holding or disposing of Tokens.

1.2 No Representations or Warranties

The information set out in the White Paper is not legally binding and does not constitute a prospectus or offer document of any sort with intent to invite investment or solicit investments in securities in any jurisdiction.

1.3 Limitation of Liability

Token Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other losses of any kind, in tort, contract or otherwise (including but not limited to loss of revenue, income or profits, and loss of use or data), arising out of or in connection with any acceptance of or reliance on this White Paper or any part thereof by you.

1.4 Regulatory Compliance

The regulatory status of cryptographic tokens, digital assets and blockchain technology is unclear or unsettled in many jurisdictions. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Token Generation is in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction.
